Pricing & Terms
TP Advokatfirma aims to provide transparent and predictable pricing. Our standard hourly rates range from 1,800 to 2,500 NOK excluding VAT, depending on the case type and which lawyer or associate handles the matter.
At the start of any engagement, you will receive a written confirmation outlining:
- Applicable hourly rates
- Terms and conditions
- Scope of the engagement
All assignments are carried out in accordance with the rules of professional conduct for Norwegian lawyers, and we always check for conflicts of interest before accepting a case. Our team operates under strict confidentiality.
Free Legal Aid (Fri Rettshjelp)
Some case types may qualify for financial support under Norway’s public free legal aid scheme. Eligibility is income‑based, and we will assess whether your case may be covered.
Insurance Coverage
Many private insurance policies include legal expense coverage (“rettshjelpsforsikring”), often included in home, contents, car or travel insurance. We assist clients in checking whether their insurance covers legal fees.
